DEED OF GIFT OF A PLOT OF LAND

 

THIS DEED of gift is made at……………. On this………….day of…………….20 ……………. between A son of …………….    resident of(hereinafter called "the donor") of the ONE PART and B son of ……………. resident of …………….(hereinafter called "the donee") of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS

 

(1)[P1] The donor is seized and possessed of the property

(2) [P2] The donor is desirous of conveying the said property to the donee out of natural love and affection.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
